Okay, so we're already smacked on the floor; this was on eight, and we're going to throw our head to the left on one with our legs, so they're going to stack right on top of each other, one; okay, so you throw it; ready, six..seven..eight.. one. Make sure it is super sharp, get those legs together. From here, you're going to use your arms against the floor to push up; you want to push up on the ball of your foot, keep your leg flexed and pelvis to the ceiling. Two; this is three..four..alright, so come back over here; this is on one; you push up, two..three..four. My right arm is actually going to come down, my left arm, is going up and over and around, three. four..five..six..you're going to push; seven..eight.
