Hi, I'm Emily Larew, we are going to begin with our advanced hip hop choreography. We're actually going to start this piece on the floor. This piece would go great with music like "Like A Boy," from Ciara or something else a little bit slow, with some good pop in it, as well. It's going to be a little bit sassy, so we're going to actually start. Feet are apart, we're facing the back, this time, so you're going to have to mirror me a little bit and I'll explain which arm but it's really easy and then I'll turn around as well. Your feet are apart, make sure they're not here, but out so you can kind of see an angle, from your back, when you're looking from straight on. Our arms are here, we're sitting straight up and you're going to go, five, six, seven, eight. Our arm flicks up, one, straight arm, you're going to drop it. Two, you're going to go three, look, four. Alright, so your arm comes up, straight down, up, straight down and you look. Alright, then we've got five, six. So one head roll to the right, we're going to lean forward, seven and you crunch it over, arms are thrown forward, you're going to lay back on eight and you're going to make sure that you slap the floor, lay flat on your back and your arms are straight out to the side. Alright, good, try that again. So we're here, five, six, seven, eight. We've got a one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, smack it, eight. Alright good. Make sure you do keep your hips square. I have a little microphone pack on, so I don't want to smash it but make sure your hips are fully square on the floor, for eight. Good job. That was our first count of eight for our advanced hip hop choreography.
