"So, I'm going to go ahead and torch this piece a little bit. The reason for that, is that these walls are coming pretty far out over where they started and I want to take them even further. So, I'm going to hold the flame up to the piece and spin it. I don't want the flame to stay in one place for too long. This will evenly dry this piece and just make it a little bit more firm, so as I lay these walls down they won't collapse. You don't want to get this anywhere near the leather hard state. You just want to firm it up a little bit. So, once you've got that just a little bit firmed you can take your rounded rib and just very gently and evenly push down as you're spinning. And, then check again with a caliper. And, now it's wide enough. So, I'll set this aside and along with the other piece that I already threw let them get to the leather hard state and then I'll put them together."
