"Okay you can see my pot is still steaming from the torching. That's normal. That's fine. It's okay. But it's a little firmer than it was before so it's going to be a little bit easier to work with. You can vary that firmness based on what feels best to you. Now to cut a spout we're going to do something a little bit different. And we're going to envision this pot having a spout that comes up like that. So what we'll do is we'll take this tool and we're just going to cut a piece of the neck right off. Like that. And then you can take this and sort of pinch it together. Do whatever other kind of details that you want to add to that spout. I'm going to turn it so you can see it a little bit better. And you can envision this would have a handle coming off right here. And the water would pour down this way. So that's another way to make a spout into a pitcher."
