"Now that we got it open we are ready to start pulling it up. All the while you want to keep your eye on the pointer and make sure that you are headed at that direction. The first step is going to be to take your right thumb and slide it right under their pushing in. Giving yourself a nice undercut to work with. Now you want to take your left hand and pinch with your left thumb being underneath your left index finger. So when you pull you are pulling the ridge up on top. I'm using my right hand to keep the rim even and smooth and compressed while I m pulling. I can feel a air bubble in there which I would probably would have to pop a little bit later and I would show you how that works. So again my thumb is underneath my left hand, my right thumb is underneath my left hand. I'm pulling up. Now I got a basic cylinder and once I have gotten to this point I would get my rib and I would throw it right to the pointer."
