Video Transcript

"Hello! I’m Julio Anta of Anta’s Fitness & Self Defense in Miami, Florida. This is David Landrian-Shrewsbury, one of my lion dance instructors, and on behalf of Expert Village, he will be demonstrating lion dance. The basic sequence of the lion dance begins with a bow…and then begins dancing. Then the lion eats and sleeps, which we’ll cover later. Throughout the performance the lion is lead by the Buddha. "
