"Hello my name is Deanna Cole and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to talk about the running man. Now we're ready for the combination of the running man so when you put your legs and arms movements together you'll get the running man. Now remember in the first segment on how to position your arms put your arms in front of you with your hands balled in a fist, set your legs in a marching position, it's easier to start with your right foot. With that right bent leg hits the ground slide it to the back and repeat it with the left foot to put the 2 moves together you have to have a little coordination. But you can do it just try it slow together, position your body first then we can start, as soon as your right leg hits the floor your arms is pumped into your chest. From there slide your right foot back and at the same time your left leg and arms go forward, then you will land on your left foot. From there you repeat the steps over with the opposite foot just try it pump your arms out with your right foot bent in the air. Soon as your right foot hits the ground your arms are pumped into your chest. Slide your foot back and your arms go back out in front of you, then your left leg comes out and you repeat it again."
