"Hello my name is Deanna Cole and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to talk about the running man. Now I'm going to show you how to position your legs while doing the running man. Your going to lift one knee up like your getting ready to march then bring that knee down to the ground in front of the other leg. Then lean slightly forward with both legs on the ground, then bring that front foot and slide it back then bring that back foot into a lunge leaning forward. And repeat this in the same motion again let me do say that again to you your going to position your leg with your knee lifted up and then bring it down like your marching, but that leg you brought down is going to be at an angle and slide that foot back and then the back foot comes up into that marching position again, and bring it down to the ground and slide it back repeatedly switching from your right to left, right to left."
