First we're going to start off on how to position your arms your going to stretch out your arms and have your hands in a fist. Stretch your arms in front of you with your hands clinged in a fist then you need to bring your hands into your chest then push them away from your chest. This action is in a pumping motion kind of like doing push ups but without the sweat. Again just repeat it your going to have your hands out in front of you with your hands clinged in a fist, then bring your hand into your chest then push them away from your chest, in a pumping position."
