"DENIS DOWNING: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Denis Downing at Roxy Studios, New York City and today, I'm going to show you how to set up some band equipment. Alright, the bass rig is the next thing you're going to look at. There are a lot of types of selections of bass rigs. You could get an 810. You could have a 410, 115 combination. But what I suggest is something like this where you have 410s and an 18. And the 18 is the important part because today's bass player--you never know what they're going to do. They could come in with a five or a six stringed bass. They're down to two and a half step, whole step and at that point, you're just amplifying thunder at that point. So, I definitely suggest having an 18 down there for clarity and so that it doesn't break up. I definitely feel this is the way to go if you're going to be a bass player."
