on 7/2/2009 best informative video i have seen... however i would not say she did that beautifully, it would have been better if you had pointed out how she could have extended and used her turn out more thoroughly and had better weight placement as her toes were lifting off the ground whenever she closed into first... a tell tale sign of incorrect weight placement... ps. it's rand de jambe not rand de jambre and en l'air not or la ere ;D

"Hi, I'm Eileen O'Brien for Expert Village in Suncoast Dance Academy in this clip we would be demonstrating rand de jambre en rear which means on the floor as part of our beginners ballet. Demonstrating for me is Joleen Stevens and she is starting on her 1st position. She would do preparation with the arms and to do that front to the side to the back. Notice she is doing quarters and stopping on each point. We are going to do that one more time. Beautiful Joleen and now she is going to do it without stopping and doing half of rand de jambre and I want it slightly in the air or la ere and finishes in first and the arm comes down with a plie and she finishes. Beautiful Joleen and that is our rand de jambre. "
