"Hi, I'm Emily Larew and we're going to do a kick cross ball change movement now. So facing forward, we're going to start with a kick. So make sure our kick is strong, and make sure your knees are bent. We have a kick flex, you're going to cross it over, our left foot goes to the side, step. All right, so make sure you're getting down and low. Take your left foot, bend, and we're going to kick straight forward, cross it over, now move your right foot and we're going to go out, in. Ready, kick, cross, ball, change your foot, kick, cross, ball, change. Try it again. Six, seven, so we've got kick, cross, ball, change, kick, cross, ball, change. Kick, cross, ball, change, kick, cross, ball, change. Now what I want you to do is we're going to get a little bit more funky with it. Let's pick up the tempo. Six, seven, so we've got, kick, cross, ball, step, kick, cross, ball, step, as you can tell, I'm coming up with my kick. Up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down. All right, so as you do it you're just adding a little bit of a hop, cross, ball, step, hop, cross, ball, step. Try it with me one more time. Ready, here we go. And, kick, cross, ball, kick, cross, ball, change, kick, cross, ball, change, kick, cross, ball, change. Awesome. That was kick, cross, ball, change."
