"Hi, I'm Emily Larew. We're actually going to cover crossovers or CC's in the breakdancing term with a kick. So we're turning around and we're going to start with our feet together, our right foot is going to crossover, that's your crossover. And we're going to go step over you're going to show the bottom of your foot to the front and your knees are bent. So bottom of your foot step back on your left kick and down. So break that down again really slow, we're going to crossover as soon as the right foot lands we show the bottom of our left foot. Step back we bend our knee, kick and step, one more time really slow 7 8 1 2 3 4 alright. Try it to the left here we go, left foot crosses over, show the bottom of your right foot, step back, bend your left knee kick it straight forward, down. When you kick don't keep your foot pointed in flappy make sure that it is totally flexed and down. Ready, here we go left foot one more time so we're going to cross over, bend, kick and down. Good. Over, bend, kick and down, try it one more time slow, step kick and down, jump, step, kick and down, jump, step, kick and down. Good job here we go and 1 and 2 3 and 4 5 6 7 and 8 and. Good. Those were crossovers with kicks."
