"Hi, I'm Emily Larew and we're going to do a heel ball switch. It's actually a jump as well. What's going to happen is your feet--it's another little fancy footwork that we're doing that you can pick up. What happens is you're actually going to jump lifting your left heel and the right ball of your foot. You want to make sure that your knees are staying kind of together, because we don't want to be way out here. So keep it small. You don't want to jump too far apart. So, we're going to jump heel, ball, toe, yes heel and ball, jump back together. Then you're going to reverse it left, remembering keeping your upper legs kind of close together, and separating from below the knee and down to the foot. And all that I'm doing is now the right heel is up, and I've switched it where my left toe is up. So you jump back together, do it again. So you've got right and together, left and together. Do it again. Right and together, left and together. Good. Let's just try a quick little variation of that, and then we'll do single, single, double. Here we go. Five, six, seven, we've got right together, left together, right together, left together, right together, left together, right together, left together. Good. Now try single, single, double. Slow it down, here we go. So you've got single, single, two times on the right, single, single, double. Good. Ready. Let's speed it up. Here we go. And, five, six, seven, so we've got single, single, double. Single, single, double. Single, single, double, single, single, double. Good. Those were heel ball switches."
