"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to continue on doing a little faster variation of pop backs with a kick forward. So in the previous demonstration we focused on doing a slow pop back, getting our feet and our chest down. So now what I want you to do is, instead of doing a double we're going to do single, single, double. Single, single, double. So ready, here we go. It's going to look like this. We're going to go out, in, single, double, to the right. Do it again. Single, single, double to the left. Good. Try it one more time. Here we go. Five, six, seven, so we go, single, single, double, single, single, double. From there you're going to take your right foot and you're going to flex it, and you're going to kick it twice down. So you go one, two, you're going to jump forward on it, and you chug it forward. Your shoulders roll forward as you jump. So from here, we just did our double, we're going to put your weight on your left leg and kick. Kick, kick, super strong, you don't want to flop your foot. Kick, kick, jump. As you pick up your left foot you're going to pivot around to the right corner, kick, kick, and you're going to jump, jump. Take your right foot, kick, kick, jump. Last time, kick, kick, jump. And as you can see I'm cheating by when I'm kicking, pivoting around on my foot. So as I jump I go turn, turn, pick up that heel. All right, so let's put it together slow. We're up here facing the front, step back with your right foot with the single. Here we go. So you go single, single, double, single, single, double. Here we go, we're going to go kick, kick, jump, left, kick, kick, jump, right, kick, kick, jump straight down, kick, kick, jump. So it's nice and cool. You don't want to be--bla, bla, bla. Make it strong. All right, now I'm going to pick it up. Five, six, seven, so we go, single, single, double, single, single, double, and kick, kick, jump, kick, kick, jump, kick, kick, jump. Those are your pop backs with the kicks."
