"Hi, I'm Emily Larew and we're going to look at hip hop lunges crossing back with a turn. So continuing on, our feet are together you're going to step out. I'm going to pull my pants so you can see just my feet and then we'll just add on. What you're going to do is step out on the right cross back with the left and you're on the ball of your foot. Step out, cross back that is all we're doing, step cross back, step cross back. Now I really would like to stylization to lead with your heel as you step out cross back, heel cross back, heel cross back, heel cross back. Alright, with your arms this is what I want you to do, you're going to step out and snap it open with your opposite hand. So we're going to go out, we're going to bring it down, cross back and go straight down. It's like you get over here now, alright you've been told that before, now. Alright, so we step out so we go 1 and down and reverse your arm so we got right arm, left foot goes out. So step out bring it down, okay let's speed it up, 5 6 7, so we go out bring it down, out bring it down, heel toe down, heel toe down, 1 2 3 get down don't give me a shady little lowness here. I don't want to see you do this; this is not how we get down, get low, get low, alright. Adding the turn with it you're going to do three of them with a backwards spin. So feet are together we go 1 this is 2, this is 3 from here your left foot is crossed behind. All you're going to do is from here unwind all the way around together, alright. Then you're going to reverse it so left down, 2, you have 3 your right foot is behind so you're going to turn towards the right. If you want to try to go to the left you see how I'm all tangled up and it doesn't really work. So if you are here you are going to push off your back foot and around, back up with your feet together. So here we go, we got 1 down, 2 down, 3 turn to the left and use this arm to open you up and spin around, 3 together. Left down, right this is a 3rd one, which way are going to turn? To the right and around, ready let's do it quick, 1 2 3 4 5 6 roll it and 1 2 3 4 5 6 spin it back. That is your hip hop lunges to the back with a turn."
