Hi, I'm Emily Larew and in this demonstration we're going to focus on our heels toes staying stationary. It's another little fancy footwork that's fun to do, and really fun to add into the hip hop choreography or if you're at the club. So, we're going to turn around, I'm going to pull my pants so can see, and then I'll do some arms with it later. What I want you to do is your toes are going to start, you're going to bend both knees. Make sure you keep it always bent, unless I say otherwise we're going to keep them straight. So knees are bent, your heel's going to go into the floor. You want to almost pretend like you've got dirt on your shoe and your digging it to get off. Or there's like a gross bug and you're like ughh, that's disgusting. So, from there your toes are going into your supporting leg, out. So you want to dig into the floor, and then you're going to switch feet, so you're going to go right, put your left foot forward. So my toes are off the ground, they're going in, and you're going to push it out. So ready here we go. Right, out, switch left, out. Jump on your left foot, right takes the place of it, out, and jump left out. So that's just do a few slow and then we'll speed it up and then I'll give you a little combo with that. Here we go, ready and five, six, seven, so we're going to go, heel, out, in, out, in, out, in, out. Good. So what I normally do is I teach it single, single, double. So this is what that looks like. We're going to go single on the right, single on the left, we're going to do it double so we're going to stay right here, hop again, and do it again. We have single, jump, single, jump, single, you're going to hop, single, hop, all right. Once you break it down, let's do a little faster, put it together. Seven, eight, so we go single, single, double. Again, single, single, double. And, single, single, double. Single, single, double, single, single, double, good job. And that was heel toe stationary.
