"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're now going to look at slides moving back and forth. So, what we're going to do is you're going to start with your feet together. I want you to lead out on your heel now, all right. So we're going to step heel toe, and your back foot is going to drag on the side of your toe. So we have heel toe, drag it in and bend your knee. Try it again. Heel and step. Now let's go to the other side. So the left foot's going to go heel, ball, toe, drag on the side of your foot, and step. So, heel and step, heel toe and step. Again, slide, and together, slide and together. Now, what's the use of our lower body if we're not using our upper body? So, what I want you to do--there's a number of things you can do, but for us today we're going to actually roll our opposite shoulder. So what I want you to do is roll that left shoulder, step it together. Roll and step and snap. Roll and snap. Roll and snap. Roll and snap. Now if you want to get creative you can start adding your head as well. Let's try that. Ready, six, seven, so we've got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And there we have our slides moving back and forth."
