"Hi, I'm Dr. Charles Grimes and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village about preparing for the business end of an audition and preparing for call backs. So you're going to show your resume to all these people. You want them to ask you questions about it. You want them to ask you questions about what you've done. So it might be a very good idea to look at your resume again and remember what you've done and be able to say something intelligent and something positive about everything on it. Remember what you've done. Remember what you've learned from each play you've been in. Remember the challenges that you surmounted with each play. Be ready to talk about that in a sentence or two. That will show that you are always aware of your surroundings. That you are mindful of what you are doing as an actor and it will allow you to being having a relationship with the director. If they ask you a question, you're gold then. They are very interested in you. Give them a proper, a prompt and a very positive response and you'll be fine. Try to avoid saying anything negative about any experience you've had in the theater. Because it is never a good idea to bring negativity into an audition or any job interview situation. So practice something positive if it comes to that and be ready to say something intelligent when you are asked a question."
