"Hello my name is Duane Carter and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to talk about how to play the cornet or trumpet. Breathing is a very important element in the playing wind instrument especially the trumpet there are basically 3 types to breathing. Known as shallow breathing, middle breathing, and deep breathing shallow breathing and middle breathing is characterized by the raising of the shoulders. Most people in society either utilize shallow breathing or middle breathing in there daily life's. Deep breathing is what is necessary for playing a wind instrument deep breathing is characterized by the puffing out of the stomach, this is caused by the lung expanding into there are completely full of air. The diagram pushes down on the stomach cavity and causes it to push out the breathing for the to play the instrument is caused by the tension of the diagram pushing the air out of the lungs."
