"So now we have moved on to an intermediate hip hop dance combination. The first step you are going to start facing the side and you're going to jump and as you jump you are going to punch your right fist into your left hand so as you jump it goes one and two, throw your arms, six, seven, eight and one, two from there you are going to jump with your right leg in front, left leg in back, the left arm is in the back of your back and you're going to hook this arm out, hit, hit. So from the top, six, seven, eight and one, two, three, four and. So all I'm doing is contracting my back as I jump and making this motion, five, six, from the top we go, two, three, four, and from there, slide step, step."
