"So now we are down to the second position stretch. Just bring your legs as far as they will go it doesn't matter if it is all the way out or if it is all the way in. You are going to bring your left arm over and just really really really reach on the right side, really reach and then we are going to turn it over, try to get your head to your knee, really stretch guys. You are going to really feel it in your back and you're also going to feel it right here so if you're feeling that type of pain it's a good pain. Then we are just going to walk to the center, come up and do the same thing on the left side with the right arm over and then turn it over and do the same thing we did on the right side, try to get your head to your knee and then we're going to walk to the center, go down and roll up."
