"This is the straight leg stretch so you are going to bring your legs in front of you, sit up as straight as possible, we're going to bring our arms up. You can tell them this is where the technique comes in. You can tell them a trained answer. Flex your feet and then you're going to point, flex and point. Now you're going to release over grabbing your feet, really really stretch. You are going to feel it back here. It's going to hurt but still do it. Stretch and then you are going to come up and you are going to sit up straight and you are going to flex your feet and you are going to go back over one more time, really feel it. It's going to hurt maybe and you might not even be down far but the whole point is to really loosen up these muscles back here. Stay down and then you are going to come back up slowly, bring your arms down and that is the straight leg stretch."
