"So now we are moving on to the floor and we're going to do a basic lunge. It doesn't matter which side you are going to go to. I am going to go on my left side. I am going to put my left leg down in this position and then I'm going to put my two hands on the ground and the right leg is going to extend and you are just going to stretch. Really feel that stretch right here in this muscle. You should not feel any stress in the left leg. So you are just going to stretch, really really reach and then you are going to put the right knee down and just put both of your hands on the ground and curl your head down so you can really get that stretch. Really, really, really, really, really stretch. Then you are going to bring your right knee up, straighten the right leg and really just hold the lunge. The whole point is to lengthen out the right side. Then you are going to come to the front, come to center, straighten, and roll up."
