So in my warm up I like to use a basic popping step called the Fresno. This originated in Fresno California. So it's a basic popping step. So you are just going to bring out your left arm and you are going to pop on your left side. So it is just going to be: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. A pop you just hit in your arm; so it's your muscles contracting. So all I'm doing is contracting my muscles. It’s like if you see a scary movie and you are like, gasp, like that. So that's all it is. I’m just contracting my muscles and in my legs as well I'm contracting. So when the left arm comes up you turn to left. When the right arm comes up you pivot to the right. So let's just do a series of Fresno’s. Here we go: five, six, seven, eight and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and that is the Fresno.
