"So now we are moving on to chest pops and shoulder isolations so I want you to turn to the side, doesn't matter which side and you are just going to bring your arms down a little bit down like you are kind of strong on your arms and you are just going to breath up and breath down. You are just going to do a series of five, one, two, three, four, and five. Same thing on the left side and. And this is just giving the illusion that your chest is coming up- those are chest pops- and you can just bring it around. It is like an isolation. Now we are going to move on to shoulder and neck isolation so all we are going to do is when your shoulder goes back your neck comes forward and one, and two, three, four, bring it up, two, three, four, five, six, seven eight."
