"So we are just going to start with the basic head and neck isolation just to warm up your neck. So we're going to go down first, bring it to the center, back, and center again and one, two, three, four and five, six, seven to the right and two, and three, and four again and five, six, seven and eight, look to the right and center, look to the right, and center, left, now you are going to bring your neck all the way down, bring it to the right, back, side, and center again, reverse, two, three, and four and come up and you're just going to do a circle, really isolate and it is just your neck working and there it is head and neck isolation."
