"Hi, I'm David Clemen on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to draw the face. Now that we have the initial guide lines for the face, we are going to take and draw, the long ways on the oval, a line down the center of the face. Just to kind of give us a good guide line. What I usually do is I'm going to start with the nostrils on the face. Just to kind of give me some bearings on the center of the face. She has really small nostrils so I'm going to come in here to the second line down from the middle. That is going to be where pretty much the end of the nose is, and I'll come out here and just draw these, they are almost like tear drops. Just really small tear drops to each side. But they look like this. I'll draw them a little bit bigger so you can see. They are kind of like they're turned to the side. Like this. So that's what we are placing right here on this line. Okay, so that's the placement of the nose. Then what you can do to give the nose depth, you can lightly draw just a circle at the end of the nose, very lightly. And this will give it depth to give the point of the nose. Now, to do the outside of the nose, everyone will usually draw this long line to indicate there is a nose there. We don't need to do that. All we need to do is to draw a really simple soft line, a little bit further out from the nostril and just kind of indicate that the edge of the nose is there. It almost comes to the point, the big part of the tear drop. It comes out like this. This is a bigger example of that and I have the nose right here. We can do that on both sides and there's your nose."
