"Hi, welcome back. This picture that I'm going to do will be in an 8 by 10 frame. And this is the, Coquille board comes in a big sheet, so what I'm going to do is, I want to make, since its an 8 by 10 drawing, I want to make it 9 by11 so I have a half inch around for framing purposes. So, basically I'm going to take my number two pencil and I'm going to measure off nine inches. And that's a half inch on each side, adding an eight; I'll make a mark here. And then this way I'll measure eleven inches, which that's all ready eleven inches. And then come over here and you can actually go up and make a few marks at nine inches. So when you go in to make your mark it makes it a lot easier to draw a strait line. So, we'll do that. So now that I have that drawn, I'll take my clear measurement ruler and I'll go in a half an inch, and the cool thing about this ruler is its a half inch all over. So if you set one corner here, this over here is a half inch, this is a half inch and its a half inch up so it makes it really easy to make your borders. And once you use this a few times, you don't even have to make your marks. Because the marks are all ready on your ruler that you can see that it is a half inch. There's no guess work. So I'll just go around and set it up a half inch. Set this at a half inch. I switched hands on you on that one. And then finally I will do the top part of the the border. Half inch. And then the 8 by 10 is going to be my drawing area."
