"DAVID CLEMEN: Hi, I'm David Clemen on behalf of Expert Village. And today we're going to do an abstract painting on a larger scale on a piece of birch wood. Now that I've got the whole area colored--covered, there are a couple of areas that I think can use a little bit more red and this got a little pink on me. And I'm not loving all the pink but I can add some more red and I can add some more white and make it pop a little bit more. So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to do some more plopping. Let the plopping begin. Going in here with some red, come back in here and then this time, which I haven't done before which I normally do, is I'll actually plop two colors at one time. This is more advanced plopping for all of you. Ooh, that was a big one. Careful. Okay, so now I've got white, okay. Now, I've still got some black on my squeegee and if I want to use that I can and I think I will. So I'm just going to come back in and I'm not changing or wiping colors. I'm just kinda using all three combined. I'm coming in here and see when you do that, if you have red and then you go over with white or black, a lot of times you'll see the color that's underneath. And then you'll just get hints of the other colors which is pretty cool. And this one's getting a little dark in the black area now. But see, as soon as I did that one, the red came back out 'cause the red was underneath of it. And so the same thing with there, as soon as I squeegeed it, I saw a lot more red. So I'm going to go back and try to find the red that I put down and pull that out. There's one. And that is applying more paint if necessary."
