Detail Stubble in Wax Sculpture

Okay we're down, down near the end of the, of the process. The rest of it is primarily refining. Now on this guy here, Grolan, Grolan has a today beard stubble to deal with so how do we get that into here. Well one of the easiest ways is and we would be careful to do this is I'm just going to use a piece of sand paper in order to create that stubble rather than try to do it by hand. And the way I'm going to approach it is I'm going to heat him up a little bit in the critical area. And then simply press my sand paper against his cheek where he would have that stubble. Get this a little softer here. Do the other side. And if you're using really fine sand paper this won't work, but this is rough enough that it will create a texture that accurately represents human stubble. I would also want to do that with his, with his upper, upper lip because it too would carry some stubble. Like that.
