"Now I would like to switch to our other character and put on his hair too because his hair is different his is much finer hair. And he also if we can find his drawing has a bald spot so I want to show you how to work that in. I've already started shaping the hair itself and his hair goes back straight from the front of the hairline and I'm just using my rasp in order to create an illusion of some texture of hair on him. His hair is very thin so we don't have a lot of separation but we can come in later and add that front separation. And what I want to do is make sure we have good texture that follows the way the hair naturally flows everywhere over his head. Now I'll let you see this, so you can see we've got the texture of his hair there from the front flowing backwards. Now how do we make him bald in the middle. The same way we have done a lot of other things is using heat. So now that I have his hair textured covering that whole area you see to make him bald I'm just going to give a little heat in the middle of the back of his head and now he has a middle aged bald spot."
