"As you work you'll discover that sometimes you get things off, a little hard to keep everything symmetrical. So it's a good idea every once in a while just to get back and take a look at what you got. Analyze it; see where things are out of balance or out of cemetery with each other. Now some cemetery is necessary, most of us like cemetery; but most of us are not symmetrical, we're different on one side than another. So making it perfectly symmetrical not completely important but where, like I'm discovering this cheek bone seems to have a deeper hollow than this one so it's a good idea just take a look at it every once in a while and just refine; refine the shapes, bring them into balance with each other; with gently little carving here and there as you see that it's needed. Just to keep things normal so it's not so crazy."
