"Hi! We're cartooning and we've drawn a complete face and we've drawn emotion. Now, we're going to show age. Depending on what kind of character you want to draw, age can be anywhere you want it to be. We're going to start off with a baby. Younger folks have their features a little more squished together. I'm going to draw the smile right up here. A big wide mouth. A little tongue. He's a very happy baby. Yes, he is a baby because he's got a little hair and he's got a big bow right on the top of his head. Going to the opposite end of things. Old people. Their features are a little more stretched out. We'll actually draw the mouth starting off going a little bit lower to the ground there. Still a smiley guy. We'll add the lip, add a little cleft, add a nose. Now to show his age, we're going to add some wrinkles. We'll have some right here along the sides. We'll add some crow's feet and some forehead wrinkles. Going with hair, we're going to draw some nice bushy eyebrows. Bushy hair tufted on the sides right on top of the ears there. This gentleman has a little tuft of hair on the top there too. If we're going to age, this guy's eye sight is not going so well, so he needs some glasses. We're going to add that. You've got a baby, you've got an old man. As a special bonus, since most of my characters have been male. If you want to draw a female the easiest way. Draw the simple eyes and we'll add some eyelashes. On any character be it Mrs. Pacman or Minnie Mouse, eyelashes make the woman. We'll add a top lip, which is what I draw for women a lot. Draw the bottom lip and top lip. She's got some lipstick, some rouge. Since we've drawn the hair, women have longer hair usually. "
