How to Draw Human Ears, Cheeks & Chin in Cartoons

"We're cartooning. Now that we have our eyes, nose, and mouth, we're going to work on closing up the face by adding the ears, the cheeks and the chin. These can be drawn based on what you're going to be drawing any way you like. How I'm going to start off is I'm going to add little puffy cheeks there and then close it off with a chin. We'll add the bottom lip. Then we're going to add some ears. After you draw those little half circles, basically the way that most ears are drawn and that I draw ears if you have a little line like that and another little line poking out. You can see that that guy has some ears. Let's try drawing another face. We're going to use our beady eyes, our pointy nose, and our open mouth. This certain individual is going to have a more prominent chin. I'll draw a little cleft right there in that chin. Ears can be, as they are in real life, shaped in any way you want. I'll draw these ears just a little bit differently. We want to make him have some sunken cheeks there. Looks like he's a little bit worried, doesn't he? That's basically how you draw a face."
