"Now we have another classic move call the back spin. Everybody has tried this at one point in there own house. So here is not a back spin I call it the butt spin right this is the proper way to do a back spin. So you are going to see drills that you are going to be able to do before you start back spinning. What you want to do with this move is have your legs straight the whole time and try to keep them wide. This is going to teach how to gain power through your hips when you get that power through your hips you are can convert that into raw speed in your back spin. You won't ever be able to beat proper technique on a back spin by cheating and using your hands. Pushing next to that drill is going to directly relate to the back spin so as you kick you are going to be in position. The bigger this angle the more power you are going to get. This leg you want to try and bring it behind your head like so. This leg is going to chase it so in slow motion it is going to look like this. So again another demonstration. Once you have that your are ready to refine the move. A couple of tips to make you spin faster you want to get as much of your body off the ground so first and foremost your butt needs to come off the ground. That is why your legs need to behind your head, next you want to try to bring your legs in so you don't want to have them wide anymore. Thick tight little ball. Right. If you do those 2 steps you should be ready to rock and roll."
