on 1/29/2009 Love your stuff Daniel. I'm a big Michael Jackson fan. I found mixing European dance, military drill movements, and Michael Jackson moves have served me well on the stage in the clubs

"I'm Daniel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to explain the method of dancing like Michael Jackson. A couple of key points to remember is body control and when you are dancing you have to be aware of all the muscles involved. You don't want to be sloppy you want to be quick, right. That is really the key of any good dancing and Micheal Jackson is no exception. So that means doing something as simple as crossing your legs must be done with total body control. So that means really being aware of all the muscles in your body so your shoulders, your arms, and instead of just kind of stepping like this all loose, you want to step really quick. Right. So how do you develop that posterity we can do it by just focusing from moving one body part at a time. For example let's focus on our hips so let's just try something simple. We are going to start here then you are going to bring your hips across. Down, across, down, across, right. You want to do this to the beat so if the beat is a hand clap like this you are going to move like this. So I'm transitioning between relaxed, tight, relaxed, tight. So you can keep playing with that model and really expanding upon it. "
