All right, in this clip we're going to be starting our design for the more detailed, realistic-looking angel. And we're going to do the same for the demon, but we're going to start with the angel, and we're going to first, in this clip, we're going to do his head in its entirety. So, we'll start right here, and one thing you'll immediately notice that's different is in the, sort of the graphic novel world, and not in the cartoon world, the less detail you give someone's eyes, the better. Like you notice in the cartoon world, we, we added quite bit of detail, but if you do that with this guy it will make him look really cheesy and not what we're going for. We're going for more of a realistic look. So we're going to come up and give him eyebrows, just like that. You don't want to give it too much detail, just kind of follow my little rough design there. Give him a little bit of eye definition. Definitely give his pupils some definition, but then we're going to come in and do his nose, and you don't want to give too much detail away. The more you do, the cheesier it'll look. This guy, we do not want him to be cheesy at all. We don't want him to look too serious either so maybe give his mouth a little bit of an upward turn there, so he doesn't look like he's completely depressed. He's an angel, after all. We're going to give, we'll move on now to the sides of his face, and you want to give him sort of a strong jawline, by going like this, just come in here and making him a really strong, clearly defined face, like that. And we're going to give his ears a little side definition, just like that. Because this guy's hair, we're going to give him, funnily enough, roughly the same hairstyle that we gave our other, cartoon angel, only this one is not supposed to look quite so silly. So, we're going to come down the sides of his head, just like this. And that, will roughly, do it. And you can see, right away, the difference in the overall look of the character. I mean, this is nothing like the last guy, and his body is not going to look anything like the last guy either. And to finish it off, we're going to give this guy an entirely different halo, we're not going to give him the cheesy sideways halo, because in the, in the drawing world and the cartoon world, for my money the, the type of halo that we gave our last guy, was more of the cartoony-style, whereas if you're going to draw a serious angel, you're going to want to give him a serious halo, and the serious halo, in like most stained-glass windows and biblical drawings, looks something like this. So sort of like a glow around the head, just like that. Now you can always, you know, go really detailed with this, or you can go like, with very little detail. We're not going to do too much, we're just going to kind of give it some glowing definition, just like that, and just to kind of create the overall halo look. It's like a round, sort of all-encompassing glow that circles his head; radiates from his head. Not just the cheese, not the cheesy sideways, like moving around, like the rings around Saturn look, which is what we gave the other guy. So, now that we have his head pretty much done, we're going to move on to his body, and that'll be the next clip.
