"Hello my name is Darin Carter on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you guys how to do the cabbage patch. Alright in this clip right here I"m going to show you guys how we can do the hand movement. So the cabbage patch we have here are the bases of standing still for two stepping, do what we got to do to get ready to start dancing. So we got our hands up, put your hands up like this close to our face, with this were just moving in a circular motion. With that is like rotating but that's not the only thing you got to do with the hands you also got to move you body to. Put a little funk into it, so move your shoulders while your doing it, pop it, roll back, pop roll in the hands. So alternate shoulders from there you can also just like move your neck get into it , I mean this is a dance that has all the type of movements that you can do. So just pop it and move your neck into, the basic steps of freestyling and getting that feel into it, feel the beat. So try doing that a couple of times move it remember rotate the hands, pop the shoulders, move that neck, so try that a couple of times and you should be able to get that part down, next clip I'm going to show you how we can move our feet."
