on 6/29/2009 I'm sorry but this video is way to general, you missed important points such as the push-off, collapse, and even the pop (some consider unnecessary). I myself have not made a video so I don't have room to talk, however, there are some more in depth "how to windmill" videos on youtube by people such as EllasticIllusion, MusicSoulRythm and JasonWangsta

" Hello my name is Darin Carter and on behalf of expertvillage.com I'm going to show you the tips and techniques on how to do beginning break dancing. One of the power moves I'm going to show you right now is called a windmill. When doing this, it consist of a turtle and rotation of your legs. While doing the turtle your moving from this motion, to your shoulder, to the back of your head and onto your other shoulder. So you are doing like a spin in a way, and your legs are kicking it for the rotation of it."
