" Hi! This is Dave Birkin and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I am going to talk to you a little bit about vibrato on the saxophone. The way it is usually created is with the use of the lower jaw and you always want to have a centered pitch, you see, and then, this vibrato sort of contrasts, but it has to go to that center pitch, so I am going to show you with my lower jaw, what I am doing. So I started it out slow and then I made it quicker at the end, you know if you are playing a nice long note, that you can now add a little something to it, instead of the straight sound, you know, the straight, sounds a little boring, so you have do it a little something that is variant and it is done with the jaw."
