"Ok, I'm going to show you how to use an old toothbrush to create even better splatters. Well, not better, but splatters of the same size. And my recommendation is to use like a plastic sheet protector as your splatter guard. The reason is that it won't wear out, whereas a paper one will eventually get to the point where it's going to fall apart. So basically, with one hand, you'll hold it down and move it around while you're using your other hand to splatter with. See? Look how nice and fine the splatters work."
