"Because you won’t' be able to be writing all the time at your home or something like that, where you can have your electric guitar and your amp and all that stuff, it's also important to get a good acoustic guitar. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, but just something you can take on the road with you and something you can keep with you and just bring wherever you want, because you don't really know when inspiration is going to strike. So you want to have an acoustic guitar too. Now let's talk about the different amps that we can use because that's another key ingredient, especially if you're going to own an electric guitar because you need to have a good amp. An electric guitar without an amp is really like buying a car without the tires. You really can't use it. So let's talk about different amps. Now the amps that I use, the amp that I use is an Orange amp. And it is a great guitar amp for rock and roll music. It's very versatile, it's very reliable, it's dependable and it's a good blend between the great reverb and clean sound of the Vox and the crunch that you might get in a Marshall Half Stack. But really, anything will do, it really doesn't matter especially if you're just starting out with writing a rock song or if you're just kind of writing music just for the sake of doing it, whatever your interest is in writing rock music, either one will work. This up here is going to be the complete opposite of an Orange. This is a Squire, it's kind of a knockoff version of Fender, however, it works. If that's all you can afford, then invest in it. It's going to work alright. But, no matter what, if you're going to be writing rock music, if you're going to be writing rock and roll, you really do need to invest in some type of amp. Whether you have the money to invest in something that's, it's going to be a little more high quality or if you just kind of need something. Whatever it is, you do need to buy an amp especially if you're going to buy an electric guitar. Because, like I said, it's really useless to buy an electric guitar if you don't have an amp to plug it into."
