"Hello! My name is Connie Hale and thanks for joining me here at expertvillage.com. Right now we are learning some modern lyrical dancing. We are now on combination number 3. We just spin our leg around and over to land here. Now back is nice and tall. What we are going to do is turn our leg that is bent, our right leg. It is going to circle up and over and we are going to land on our knees. We do that by getting up onto our opposite knee. I am going to spin this way so that you can see what I am doing. We have our leg ready to go here. We are pushing onto our hands. This knee is going to push up and over. We bring this up onto our foot. It scoops. We look onto our foot. It comes and lands, opposite arm comes up and we scoop it down. Again I want to repeat that for you. My leg is ready and arms have landed here. We come up on the foot to get ready to push off here supporting leg, back onto your palms legs comes up, it circles. As it lands down, opposite arm comes up and we bring it in. so from the back this is what you would see. We cane around and we land.
