"Another turn we can do is called a P-K turn. P-K in French means to pick. That is picking with the foot we are going to pick up onto the foot so we step up and I just do a P-K; that's P-K, P-K. We are going to do that in turn so we are stepping off onto the foot. The foot that is now on the ground we are going to push off and bring it up into the turn. So we push off and bring it up into the turn. So in motion it looks like this; push off, bring it up and down. Push off, bring it up and down and that is a P-K turn. Arms are doing the same thing with a P-K turn. It is just a simple open and closed. Again, head is spotting and will hit that focal point. We are here for the P-K, we pick up and turn. Up and turn and that is your simple P-K turn. So we did Snee and P-K turn. Snee again is heels are kissing as they meet together on the floor. Snee and P-K means to pick. Want you to pick up on the toe, pick, P-K. All right, thanks for learning some terms with me. "
