"Pretty much what we have right here we are going to talk about balancing and needles. What we have right here is a Technica hand show which would come with the turntable and the short N47 the whole setup the cartilage the needle, everything like that. Pretty much what I like to do cause people are very different I like to slant it so if you are looking at the needle like this I like to slant the needle cartilage part to the left. Pretty much giving you a good angle where though the needle holds on to the record and you don't have a whole lot of jumping as far as that. We also have the balance. There is a correct way to do this but, the way that I normally choose is if you have your hand you know with the thing of right there if you have your hand on the needle, your hand on the cartilage part and right here you don't want to weight. If you apply to much weight at a point it would be to heavy. So what you want to do is kind of feel out where you should put it out, you know turn around head, turn it up there, put on there and see how the groove is. See if you know if it is wiggling you don't want to put to much stress on the needle because it is going to break the needle. So that is pretty much that part right there."
