"Okay, so in the previous section we discussed the E string and the A string. We learned the natural notes on both. We learned on E. We had E. F on the first fret. G and A, E on the second fret. C with our third finger. So, by this point, you should be comfortable with playing those notes up and down, playing the melody "Mary had a Little Lamb" and reading them. Remember, recall that for our E string so on the first, the lowest ledger line we had F in that space below it. The first line, then we had G as the first line. E, F and G in tablature, 0, 1through 3. A string, we had space, the second line and the second space. A, B, C, 0, 2, and 3 on the A string. So review these because we're about to move on to play notes on the D string and the G string."
