"Hi! I am Cass Naumann and on behalf of expertvillage.com. I am talking about exercising the voice. This particular exercise is for strengthening the top part of your range rather than working on pisagio and getting the sound really smooth. This exercise is going to be expanding the top of your range, so you can get about full sound out of the top of it and what we are going to be saying is the word yellow. It is going from 8-5-3-1 or from do, so, mi, do, continuing to go up. So we will start in the key of G, here and we are going to sing yellow…. We are going to go up to A…, continuing up… and up… continue up… to the top we are going almost into a nasal sound at the top, so it is going to vibrate in your sinus cavity at the top and then slowly coming back down."
