"I'm Christopher from Mr. Dance Pro of South Florida and I'm Kelly Anne from 56Dance. We're going to be showing you and explaining and teaching some salsa basics and techniques and how to enjoy salsa dancing on every dance floor you may go. We're going to do an open release with an underarm turn to the left for the lady. Also know as an open release with and underarm pass. You already know this footwork. The only difference is that we're going to go in opposition of each other. So right now I do a basic. I go quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow. Now we both do a back rock, which is called the open release because I'm going to release her. We go back, rock, hold, and I'm getting my foot out of her way so she can pass by me and do an underarm turn. Quick, quick, slow, and then I go and get her. Quick, quick, slow. I'm going to do it again. We go back, rock, both people, she passes by me with an underarm turn to the left, and presto chango. One more time, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, and quick, quick, slow, and I go and get her and we are finished. So open release is a back rock for both partners. Quick, quick, slow, and we are done. Quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, open release, underarm pass, open, quick, quick, slow."
