"Once again, my name is Christina Haggerty. I had the beautiful Miriam helping us out with the cumbia class today. Hope you had a great time and learned a lot. Just keep in mind you've got that cumbia footwork and you can add those kicks in wherever you want. We did footwork. We did some partnering. In cumbia, generally, you're going to dance a lot in the open position. Keep that on the mind. Have fun with it. Be sure to get out dancing and go buy a cumbia CD so you can listen to the music and get more acquainted with some of the artist and musicians out there. Also, I'm teaching you in beautiful Silhouette Club in Burbank. The painting is so beautiful. The floors are nice. Come see me here. I teach every Thursday from 8 to 9. You can drop in. No partner necessary. All ages welcome and we always stay after the class for some social dancing and fun. We pay cumbia, merengue, bachata, salsa, cha cha cha. Our DJ is great. He plays everything. Come see me and say hi. Silhouette's is located at 245 East Olive Street, and that's in the beautiful historic downtown Burbank. There's plenty of parking. Come see me. Again, I want to think Expert Village for having me teach on their behalf. My name is Christina Haggerty. Check my website. www.christinahaggerty.com. CHRISTINAHAGGERTY.com. Check my website because I have updates all the time. Shows, competitions, performances, and workshops. Come and learn some dancing steps. See me, have a lot of fun, and enjoy the music."
